What this website collects.

If you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, project type and message you enter. That is the only personal data this website collects from you directly.

We also use Google Analytics to understand which pages people find useful. Unlike Plausible it does set cookies, so it is switched off until you agree: when you first arrive, every storage category is set to denied and nothing is written until you press Accept on the banner. Decline and no analytics cookie is set, with no loss of function anywhere on this site.

If you accept, Google Analytics records the pages you view, roughly where in the world you are, and what kind of device and browser you used. Your IP address is anonymised. We do not use it for advertising: ad storage, ad personalisation and ad user data are all left denied. Google processes this data on our behalf, which means it may be stored outside India, including in the United States.

To change your mind later, clear this site's cookies and site data in your browser and the banner will ask again.

To read your enquiry and reply to it. That is the whole purpose.

We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for marketing. We will not contact you about anything other than the enquiry you sent.

Form submissions are delivered to us by email over an encrypted connection and stored in our company mailbox. They are not written to a database on this website.

We are based in India, so if you write to us from the EU, the UK or anywhere else, your message is read and stored in India. If that matters for your organisation, tell us before you send anything sensitive and we will agree how to handle it.

We keep enquiry emails for as long as the conversation is useful, and delete them on request. We do not have an automated retention schedule, because the volume does not warrant one — ask us and a person will action it.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action it.

If you are in the EU or the UK and you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

This site is hosted on infrastructure operated by our hosting provider, which processes standard server request logs on our behalf. Email is delivered and stored through our email provider.

If you accepted analytics, page-view data is processed by Google (Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC) as our processor, and may be stored outside India.

We do not pass your details to anyone else.
